What you will be doing: Carrying out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to the highest standards. Communicating effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. Occasionally speaking with customers to provide your expert technical opinion. Keeping up-to-date with thorough and current product knowledge. Delivering exceptional customer service that promotes loyalty and referrals. Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards and organizing your work efficiently.What our client is looking for: If you meet the following criteria, we encourage you to apply: Full UK Driving Licence. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance. Previous motor industry experience is essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
