Your Role As a Senior Vehicle Technician and Workshop Controller you’ll be responsible for: * Servicing vehicles to manufacturer standards. * Diagnosing faults and completing repairs with precision and efficiency. * Carrying out warranty repairs and completing accurate documentation. * Ensuring work meets high safety and quality standards. You will be running a small team of 4 Technicians whilst having a hands on role within the workshop. What We’re Looking For * A proactive team player with excellent communication skills. * Someone with the ability to work independently and efficiently within time constraints. * A passion for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail. * A positive leader with a can - do attitude. * The ability to lead by example and instill a high performance work ethic.
