Position Title: Senior Software Integration Engineer - 39766 Division: Vehicle Engineering Location: Warwickshire Position Description: * Oversee software compliance across all domain(s) ECUs for UK, India, and China. * Define UNECE 156 global product backlog. * Excellent stakeholder management - both internal and external. * Plan for ensuring process compliance across programmes, including supplier and in-house produced software. * Coordinate software process evaluation to ensure compliance with automotive industry standards. * Lead epics for technical assessment of SW development. * Identify risks and impediments related to process and product non-compliance and liaise with cross-functional software chapter heads an Product Owners. Skills Required: * Ability to effectively explain complex ideas, confidently presenting these to senior stakeholders. * Good communicator who has a continuous improvement attitude. * Data Engineering background, data pipeline creation experience with an appreciation for Data Analytics. * Ability to effectively explain complex ideas, initiative and data insights, confidently presenting these to senior stakeholders. * Analytical skills including the ability to conduct thorough compliance interrogation of software changes / updates. * Good understanding of automotive systems and software processes, methods and tools Experience Required: * Relevant engineering degree preferred - but not essential. * Experience of working in a medium / large organisation delivering complex products
