We are looking for Senior Service Advisor to join our independent, thriving vehicle repair garage based in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon. We are looking for a candidate who is well versed with all aspects of providing garage services including customer management, customer face to face interaction, job booking, scheduling and completion, quotations, issue resolution and customer communication. Job Responsibilities: * Dealing directly with customers, in person, by e-mail and phone, advising them, meeting their expectations and needs, quoting, invoicing, and taking payments. * Schedule initial jobs into the TECHMAN garage management system. * Work closely with the Parts Manager to ensure correct parts are ordered for jobs. · Managing Hire Car Bookings. * Capable of updating vehicle specific information within TechMan (MOT & Service dates etc.). · Opening and closing the premises * Use TECHMAN to monitor and adjust attendance, activities, and breaks. Contribute to the overall Health & Safety and Security of the workshop. * Fulfilling ad-hoc roster duties. * Recognising Company Policies, Mandates and Standard Operating P * Meeting personal and team targets. Personal Specification Must have experience as a Service Advisor within the auto motive trade Valid Driving License ICT skills Good communication -people and phone skills Customer skills Organisational skills- time management / self-management Garage Management Systems Experience working within this role in an automotive environment.
