The Role As a Senior Service Advisor, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the Service Reception. You'll deliver an exceptional customer experience, assist in leading the front-of-house team, and help drive departmental performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle check-in through to handover. * Support and mentor the Service Advisor team to maintain high performance. * Schedule service and repair work efficiently with the workshop. * Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. * Prepare accurate estimates and explain work carried out. * Promote additional products and services where appropriate. * Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. * Ensure all administration is completed accurately and in line with manufacturer standards. What We're Looking For * Previous experience as a Senior Service Advisor or an experienced Service Advisor ready to step up within the automotive industry. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Strong organisational and time management abilities. * A proactive and professional approach with the ability to lead by example. * Experience using dealership management systems is advantageous. * Full UK driving licence.
