Job Description They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Engineer to join the Air Traffic Management team on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of  ATM systems. Key Responsibilities: Produce / review Initial Safety Support Assessments (ISSAs) for changes to the  functional system (e.g. new digital products or changes to existing digital products) Develop and maintain safety cases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety hazards. Provide expert guidance on safety matters to project teams and stakeholders. Conduct internal audits against the applicable parts of Eurocae ED-153 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in safety engineering.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in safety engineering, preferably in ATM and Software Strong understanding of safety principles, risk assessment techniques (e.g., FTA, HAZOP), and safety case development. Knowledge of Air Traffic Management systems and procedures. Experience with safety standards such as EUROCAE ED-153 and Regulation (EU) 2017/373. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
