Senior Quality Engineer / Manager Automotive Competitive Salary Plus and Benefits  Want to work for a forward-thinking Automotive organisation that has a track record of delivering work class products for some of the world leading OEM’s, seeking a Senior Quality Engineer /Manager who can drive quality systems, procedures and standards across all areas of the business operations? We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quality Engineer /Manager who can support product launch within a niche vehicle supplier, dealing with NPI, DFMEA, PFMEA and problem resolution during new product launch. As a Senior Quality Engineer / Manager your main responsibilities will be; Ensure Group adherence and ongoing certification to international Quality and Environmental Standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Lead and manage all quality related functions during new product launch to include supporting DFMEA, PFMEA, NPI and CI. Provide quality leadership and guidance to the new business systems project teams. Manage, lead and delivery lean initiatives including meeting the company wide 5S targets and the introduction of Value Stream Mapping. Ensure that company quality related processes are harmonised and standardised to assist with compliance and improve efficiency Being able to lead a multi-functional team is a must for this role as is being action orientated and having good analytical skills to be able to convert business objectives into achievable tasks. This is a challenging and exciting role and as such we are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer / Manager who can demonstrate that they have the following: A background in delivering new products within the automotive industry, ideally covering vehicle assembly, product assembly and/or paint applications. An in depth and proven knowledge of managing and working to quality systems and processes, dealing with concerns using problems solving tools to include 8D, 5Y, etc. Capable of leading and mentoring staff during new product launch activities to meet timing plans and quality standards. Knowledge of systems and processes to include QMS, D/PFMEA, FMEA and NPI during product launch along with strong lean and CI skills.
