Senior Project Coordinator A prestige automotive manufacturer require an expert in Power BI and excel, to design, develop and manage project management tools, for the implementation of a new contract across the business. A high level of project or contracts management experience is required to steer the implementation of the contract and the ability to design end to end processes, to ensure stable working operations. Duties will also include: Implementation of project management tools to control and minimise risks Collate, organise and measure and report the project status Communication with stakeholders to understand their requirements Translate customer requirements into proposed actions Prepare and present material for meetings and workshops with mid-level management teamsSkills & Experience: Expert user of Excel and experience of building dashboards in Power BI Educated to degree level or equivalent in Business or related subject Strong communication skills in English and ideally German Experience in contract or project management High level of numeracy Possess the tenacity to follow things through with the issue ownersThis is a long-term/ongoing contract position, based on site in Oxford.
