WHAT TO EXPECT The Senior Project Analyst role is varied and best suits an organised individual capable of working on a number of tasks simultaneously with good interpersonal skills.  The role offers a high level of cross-functional and Senior visibility and will enable an individual to quickly build a broad contact base across the business. You’ll be self-motivated and able to both lead and support individual and group tasks outside of the structured programme cadence ensuring that the programmes are delivered to cost & quality targets on time.  This is a great opportunity role to join the Jaguar Programme Team within a small, multi-skilled team working within an Agile environment, charged with creating and delivering the Jaguar platform and the vehicle portfolio. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Driving the achievement of programme deliverables for the next programme gateway Escalation and resolution of programme issues or impediments Assisting with programme timing & delivery planning eg. Studies on ‘what if’ scenarios.  Risk management, identification and mitigation of risk using appropriate tools & process Preparation of papers and presentations for JLR Board reviews, senior forums, key escalation meetings etc.  WHAT YOU’LL NEED   As the Senior Project Analyst, you’ll need the following knowledge, skills and experience: Good knowledge and experience of Project & programme management methodology and techniques, ideally working in a large scale BEV project delivery environment.  Experience of operating within an Agile product delivery environment Ability to work cross-functionally to drive the resolution of complex business and process issues, producing a concise recommendation for presentation to senior management. Self-starter who can plan and organise themselves. A forward thinker who can ‘stay ahead of the curve’ with ability to strategize. Good interpersonal and communication & negotiation skills, ability to create a sense of community within the team.   This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office.
