Senior Panel Beater Location: Basingstoke Starting Basic Salary: £57,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm Job Description: Our client is looking a talented and efficient Senior Panel Beater / Panel Technician with a valid ATA or NVQ equivalent to join this leading team. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilising modern equipment and techniques. Responsibilities for Senior Panel Beater / Panel Technician: Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction Involvement in the lead of technicians Assisting Bodyshop Manager as required Repairing through to filler stage Skills and Qualifications for Senior Panel Beater / Panel Technician: You will have served a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater or MET Technician and gained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).  MET experience ideally Some leadership experience ideally You must have previous experience working as a Senior Panel Beater / Panel Technician / Senior MET Technician within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
