Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor Reporting to the HR Manager and supporting all department operations. Successful candidate will be accountable for providing a front line HR and employee relations processes and procedures. Previous experience of delivering professional HR service is essential and must be qualified to required level. Highly organised and diligent whilst working in a busy office. Requirements: * Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR advisory role or HR consultant within a medium to large organisation. * Significant knowledge of employment law with an up to date knowledge of UK employment law, policies and procedures. * Ability to independantly prepare and produce all levels of correspondance including complex leagl documentation. * Able to build trust and solid working relationships with all levels of management. * Communication with all levels including external partners. * Ownership of all aspects of people management , including specific cases of conduct, capability and other employee realtions. * Proficient in HR databases and excel, word and office. * CIPD qualified Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment
