With multiple sites across the Central Belt and a modern fleet of 200+ vehicles and 600+ trailers and tankers, this business is recognised for safety leadership, compliance excellence, and engineering standards. Due to a long-planned retirement, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior HGV Supervisor to step into a high-profile leadership role within a well-established and fast-paced engineering operation. Senior HGV Supervisor – The Role The Senior HGV Supervisor will take full responsibility for all workshop operations, leading engineering teams, managing compliance, and driving performance across the fleet. This role is ideal for a former HGV Technician who has progressed into supervision and is now operating at senior workshop leadership level. The Senior HGV Supervisor will be a key figure within depot leadership, ensuring statutory compliance, operational efficiency, cost control, and the highest standards of health, safety, and engineering excellence.
