Senior Customer Trainer / Lincoln / Up to £35 per hour We are seeking an innovative and experienced Electronic Warfare Training Specialist to join our client in Lincoln. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in influencing the development of future EW technologies and training methodologies. You will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop courseware for large, complex EW training solutions, ensuring that our offerings meet the evolving needs of customers. Responsibilities: Develop training courses as part of integrated solutions for complex EW systems. Collaborate with customers and industry partners to refine training solutions. Liaise with technical specialist teams to define training requirements and enhance technical understanding of EW systems. Deliver training both in the UK and overseas, with potential for extended travel, including to the Middle East. Skills, Qualifications & Knowledge Required: Knowledge of Electronic Counter Measures (ECM), Electronic Support Measures (ESM), and/or CEESIM preferred. Comprehensive understanding of Electronic Warfare Operational Support. Experience in course design and training development. Familiarity with instructional techniques and modern training methods. Knowledge of defence and/or commercial training standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in training development applications, including MS software. Ability to work collaboratively in a small team and adapt to changing priorities.
