We’re looking for a Senior Composite Design Engineer to join a growing motorsport engineering start-up in West Sussex. The company are opening a new satellite office near Chichester, to support ongoing demand, particularly from their long-standing clients in F1 and high-performance sectors. They're looking for someone who can take ownership of design projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and sometimes customers directly. Job Overview * Lead the design of composite and metallic components for top-tier motorsport clients (including all UK-based F1 teams) * Create complex 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using Catia V6/3DX * Contribute to tooling design and manage supplier relationships * Solve engineering challenges and support continuous improvement * Collaborate with a growing team and help shape the new office setup * Guide salary range £32,000 – 50,000pa, depending on experience. * Excellent progression opportunities. * Access to high-level, varied and rewarding technical work. * Annualised hours contract for added flexibility
