SGB Senior BPM Lead As the Senior BPM Lead, you will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Aris platform as well as experience in business process management. You will be a key figure in our organisation, responsible for developing the BPM Centre of Excellence and leading a team of process modellers and improvement analysts to develop a process and procedure blueprint for the organisation. You will be required to work closely with third party vendors and partners, ensuring a quality outcome and delivery to the agreed scope. This role is pivotal in achieving operational excellence through the efficient management and optimisation of processes.  Key Responsibilities: Process Management Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Process Mapping resources, ensuring their understanding of process mapping methodologies and adherence to best practices. Oversee process mapping initiatives and ensure alignment with organisational goals. Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation through the analysis of existing workflows. Develop and implement strategies for enhanced efficiency and productivity. ARIS Platform Expertise: Demonstrate an expert level of competence in using the ARIS platform for process modelling, analysis, and simulation; including the ability to define, architect and maintain the top-down process taxonomy in Aris. Train and support team members in effectively utilising ARIS. Identify attribute data capture at process and process step level to enable effective management reporting and identification of failure points / opportunities Data Mining: Leverage data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from process related data. Analyse process performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Collaboration with Third-Party Partners: Work closely with external partners to manage and coordinate process-related projects. Ensure that third-party solutions align with the organisation's process improvement objectives. Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and effectiveness. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on process improvement progress. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new and optimised processes within the organisation. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of process documentation and mapping. MEET THE MANAGER!
