Our client, a world leader in aircraft landing and braking systems, is currently seeking a Senior Analysis Engineer to join their team involved in innovative designs and technologies for the Defence & Security, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors. Key Responsibilities: Working competently with FE tools such as ABAQUS Conducting classical static stress and fatigue analysis Interfacing with various business departments, including Chief Engineers, Programmes, Test Engineering, and Manufacturing Participating in audit reviews and presenting information as required Participating in product validation Liaising with external suppliers, customers, airframers, regulatory bodies, and other industrial organisations Identifying analysis solutions, recommending improvements, or suggesting alternative methods Reviewing drawings, designs, concessions, and repairs Communicating professionally and effectively with both internal and external customers and suppliers Complying with industry standards, regulations, and qualification requirements Job Requirements: Experience in structural design and analysis Proficiency in using recognised FEA and fatigue software tools Understanding of aerospace design and manufacturing processes Experience in static and fatigue structural analysis methods Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience working with aerospace materials and engineering properties Familiarity with working to regulatory requirements Ability to work in an IPT (Integrated Product Team) environment Strong communication and presentation skills Organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Benefits: Hybrid/flexible working hours with an early finish on Fridays 25 days holiday plus UK Bank Holidays, option to buy/sell annual leave Profit-sharing annual bonus and Shares scheme Pension scheme Onsite subsidised canteen, bicycle storage, and shower/changing facilities Free onsite parking Access to a dedicated Benefits Portal offering various schemes Global and local career progression opportunities and sponsorship of training courses STEM engagement with schools, colleges, and universities Social events throughout the year, sports, and social clubs
