What you'll be doing: Following suitable on-the-job training, the successful candidate will: * Utilise MIG and TIG welding techniques to weld various materials, such as aluminium and steel. * Form sections and panels through the use of press brakes. * Assist in the final assembly of new bodies to vehicle chassis. * Perform repairs on existing vehicle bodies and structures. * Assist in the fitting of repaired vehicle components, including tipping gears and hydraulic equipment. * Ensure that all work is completed in line with Health and Safety legislation. What we need from you: * Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, machinery, or workshop settings is advantageous. * Good dexterity and coordination. * Willingness to learn new processes and techniques in a hands-on environment. * Interest in commercial bodybuilding, such as tippers and commercial bodies. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent health and safety awareness. * Full driving licence. * Good time management skills.
