Semi Skilled HGV Technician  Job - Semi Skilled HGV Technician  Location - Wallingford  Contract Type: Full time / Permanent Annual Salary: £40000 - £42000 Basic  - overtime available My client, a well established specialist Commercial Vehicle Maintainer is actively seeking to employ a skilled, experienced and qualified Semi Skilled HGV Technician   to work in their workshop facility in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. The successful Semi Skilled HGV Technician will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle maintenance to include Hydraulic, Electrical and Mechanical service and repair. General duties include correction of running defects, diagnostics, full vehicle overhauls, MOT preparation and where required MOT presentation and road testing. Essential Requirements for the Semi Skilled HGV Technician  : The successful Semi Skilled HGV Technician  MUST have have a strong background in commercial vehicle servicing and repair and be willing to undertake work off site at my clients customers sites (This is not regular, should there be a need to be off site a company vehicle will be provided). The successful Semi Skilled HGV Technician    MUST also have full industry recognised qualifications (City & Guilds or NVQ Level Three) The successful Semi Skilled HGV Technician  will earn a basic annual salary of £40000 - £42000, overtime is available and will be paid at time and a half.
