AIRCRAFT SEAT TECHNICIANS Contracts Immediate Starts Our client, an expanding aviation component repair company are looking to recruit additional Aircraft Mechanics to cope with their expanding business and busy winter seat overhaul programme. Looking for short term contractors for seat programme minimum 1 month @ £20.00 hr / Base 40 hr week (Overtime and weekend available to cope with work loading) Mechanical biased, and able to meet the criteria listed. Excellent eye to detail required. •To demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of applicable airworthiness legislation. •Previous experience of Aircraft seat repair work. •Ideally hold a time served apprenticeship and operational experience in a line/depth maintenance environment. •High degree of customer focus both internal and external •Able to work effectively in a team in all levels of the organisation. •Willingness to be flexible to meet deadlines and overcome operational problems. •Demonstrate a working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation •Demonstrate technical knowledge of aircraft and hand skills required to carry out tasks. •Ability to use aircraft maintenance documentation and computer-based reporting and recording systems •Must have at least basic aviation hand tool kit •UK based applications please, or have current right to work Job Type: Temporary contract Salary: £20.00 per hour Schedule: •8 hour shift •Overtime •Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Cambridgeshire / Suffolk Work Location: On Site
