Duties & Responsibilities: As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation and development of sales projects. * Developing and implementing training, including anti-fraud, customer service and sales training where appropriate. * Completion of general management duties for staff, including one-to-ones, annual appraisals and Health/Safety compliance. * Ensuring the sales function is suited to mitigate against any threat of potential fraud. * Creating and adhering to robust ID checks at point of sale. * Creating clear and coherent SOPs and relevant KPIs for the team. * Ensuring the department continuously offers strong customer service to all customers. * Identifying areas of where you can increase value of stock, calculating spend vs reward. Your Background & Skill: * Proven experience within a similar sales operations’ role within the motor trade. * Sales Management experience. * Highly detailed and accurate in all working practices. * Analytical with high attention to detail. * Very well organised. * Sales and negotiation skills. * Competent with Microsoft office packages (word, excel etc). * An understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service. * Ability to lead and motivate a team.
