Automotive Sales Manager Salary: £56,500 Location Cannock Hours: 2 different shift patterns, 5 days one week, 4 days the next week over 7 days (NON-NEGOTIABLE), One full weekend off every 4 weeks with the 3 days off in the week also. They need someone who can assess their current team, fix what's required, and changes strategies required. For this role, you will be given a very good basic salary with the opportunity for fast tracked progression internally. As the Sales Manager you will be managing your sales controllers and sales executives ensuring they are hitting targets and KPIS. You will be given the trust and autonomy to run this branch when the sales manager is absent from the branch. You will conduct the morning meetings a 9:45am giving the team an understanding of what's expected for the day. You will also be required to support the branch to reach their full potential and build a talented team. Requirements to be a Sales Manager : - Experience being a Manager in a car supermarket - Experienced managing a team and a branch as its own business - Experience exceeding monthly targets - Money driven and career focused individual - Must have Driving license - Personality is everything in this role!
