Sales Manager Salary: £35,000 Basic + £70,000 OTE Industry: Automotive / Finance Hours: 42.5 hrs/week (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm | Sat 10am–6pm | Sun 10am–4pm, 5-day rota) Overview: An exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead a high-performing Central Funding Unit within a fast-growing automotive retailer. This is a key leadership role focused on driving finance performance, coaching a team of Business Managers, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
