NEW SALES CONTROLLER JOB Reading, Berkshire Salary: 26k basic 51k OTE + Car + Benefits An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive seeking advancement. Our client, a Berkshire based dealer group that represents a high-quality manufacturer, with a reputation for style, build-quality and innovation, currently require a Sales Controller to lead a team of 3 sales executives. Working alongside the sales team, you will motivate and encourage the delivery of key objectives and targets. An essential activity will be second facing, managing products upsells, finance and insurance penetrations alongside watertight regulatory compliance will all come within your remit; closing deals and gaining customer commitment at every opportunity. Hours for this Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive role are Monday – Saturday (No Sundays) with a fixed day off in the week.
