The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions. This role will be working with our AGCO client, to support their aftersales marketing department make critical business decisions based on data, its insight and outcomes The Role The Sales and Marketing Analyst, in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the role will have the following responsibilities: * Data Management: Collect, interpret, and analyse data from various sources. Validate the data to ensure accuracy. * Data Analysis: Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts. * Reporting: Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations. * Tableau / PowerBI Dashboard Expertise: Leverage reporting dashboards to create high-impact visualizations and reports that take complex data and transform it into actionable insights. * Excel, SQL, and Python Proficiency: Use Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Utilize SQL for database management and querying. Apply Python for advanced data analysis and modelling. About you This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great analytical skills. Our ideal Sales and Marketing Analyst has: * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * Adaptable to pick up new systems and ideas * Comfortable in a fast-changing environment while ensuring continuity of current activities. * Excellent communication skills * Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to understand complex information and assess requirements * Ability to work independently with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams * SQL/Python proficiency preferred * Advanced excel skills * Proficiency in MS Office is required * Experience in the agricultural or truck sector is considered a plus What’s in it for you?
