NEW WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR ROLE Bristol Salary: 30k + company benefits YOLO Recruitment is currently looking for a Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk to join their Client in Gloucestershire. You will be dealing with all claims & warranty for the company. Duties for the Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role: * Ensure all warranty meet the manufacturers requirements * Advise on warranty adjustments to ensure balance of warranty account. * Maintain an accurate filing system of warranty claims for audit purposes. * To manage & process warranty corrosion & body paint claims from telephone and walk in enquiries * Ensure all administrative functions & processes within the warranty department are carried out * To monitor any ‘warranty pending’ jobs. To be considered for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role, you must have claims or warranty experience in the motor trade. Hours for this Warranty Administrator / Warranty Clerk role are Monday – Friday 9.00 – 5.00.
