Vacancy - Sales Administrator - Preston Salary: Basic - £25,600 Hours: Mon - Fri - 40 hour working week We are recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator for our clients well respected prestige franchised main dealer in the Preston area. Experience: We are looking to speak to you if you have previous administration experience, ideally from within the motor industry, with strong IT skills including Excel (Kerridge experience preferred but not essential). For this role you will need to be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and ability to follow robust processes. The job: Maintain vehicle stock records as per vehicle purchases and sales. Coordinate preparation of customer orders within the sales department. Organise registration and taxation of new vehicles. Liaise with the workshop team to ensure required works are completed on new and use vehicles. Arrange invoicing for vehicle sales. Collate deal files for handover to customers.
