Sales Administrator Hours - Monday–Friday (7.30am-4pm Mon-Thur, 7.30am-12.30pm Friday) Salary: up to £30k per annum Our client based in Hilsea has an exciting opportunity for a sales administrator to join them on a permanent basis. As the sales administrator you’ll undertake a wide range of administrative duties within the Sales Office, provide an outstanding level of customer service to clients, other departments and stakeholders and co-ordinate shipping requirements with the shipping consultant. Day to day duties include, but not limited to: To ensure when a new customer order is received it is entered onto the computer system within 48 hours. Report any delayed delivery date to the customer once confirmed delivery date is known. Progress and expedite outstanding customer orders with other departments. Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure shipments are efficiently booked and controlled, including agreeing pricing on a yearly basis. Complete sales order processing for customer repairs / returns including quotation, order entry, progressing, shipping and invoicing. Match monthly receipts to MSS import reports for compliance review. About you Have recent experience of using BAAN or other similar ERP system. Have a brilliant telephone manner with customer care experience both for in and outbound calls. Ideally have worked within a manufacturing environment, but not essential. Excellent IT (MS Office) skills.
