This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £24,000 per annum and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to process orders, ensuring alignment with sales order requirements and invoicing vehicles for handover. Manage delivery administration, including registration, invoicing, and adherence to brand requirements. Work closely with the sales team and accounts to incorporate all costs into vehicle records. Maintain digital stock records for vehicles within dealer management and manufacturer systems. Ensure timely funding of vehicles and liaise with the workshop to prepare them for handover.What We're Looking For: A focused and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills. High professional standards in all aspects of work. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. Good judgment and the ability to make timely decisions. Proactive approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Personable and courteous with a professional appearance. Computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
