Responsibilities * Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the dealership's assets and reputation * Conduct regular risk assessments and collaborate with department heads to identify potential areas of concern * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies * Create and update risk management documentation and reports * Collaborate with teams to develop and implement risk mitigation plans * Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in risk management Qualifications * Proven experience within a risk management and/or Compliance role * Sound understanding of risk management processes. * A track record of performing in a fast-paced retail environment.
