Logic 360 are currently supporting an industry leading Car Rental company based at Heathrow Airport with their search for Returns Agents. We are looking for customer service focused individuals to join the team to deliver a first-class service to all. As a Returns Agent, you will be responsible for successfully completing the final stages of the hire process and will be the customers final point of contact. Responsibilities and Duties Assist customers with the return of their vehicle ensuring all administration and checks are performed accurately and efficiently. Deliver prompt and efficient customer service within a dynamic environment. When a car is returned you will do a vehicle inspection such as checking mileage, damage or, defects, and faults. Check back in stock. General customer service Requirements Possess a full, valid, and clean driver's license Have exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Thrive in a fast-paced team setting, demonstrating adaptability. Maintain flexible availability, including availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Prior experience in car rental is an advantage Training will be provided. Key Skills Needed Excellent communication skills Interpersonal skills Ability to perform effectively under pressure and adeptly manage challenging situations. Flexibility with your working availability is required. You will be allocated a roster which will cover 5 working days out of the 7. The roster will consist of a mixture of early shifts starting anywhere from 4:30am and lates that can finish anywhere up to 11pm. You must be able to work any day of the week (Including weekends) and do both early and late shifts.
