Regional Transformation Analyst (vehicle Connected Services)

WHAT TO EXPECT This is a critical role within the Vehicle Connected Services (VCS) team, which is part of our Strategy and Sustainability function. This role supports the launch of our Connected Car Technology, Services and Vehicle eCommerce initiatives. You will lead regional roll outs of transformation initiatives with a change management mindset by supporting local market level engagement across JLR. In this position you will maintain key artefacts such as the regional delivery roadmap for each market and contribute to the Quarterly Business Reviews for the Connected Services programmes, identifying and managing risks and issues which impact regional readiness for delivery. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities In this role you will act as a consultant in the design and delivery of capabilities, supporting our regional customer engagement and communication strategy. Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Act as primary Programme Management interface with regional leads to ensure successful programme delivery Support Agile ceremonies such as Stand Up, Obstacle Review, Group Sync, Retrospective, Spring Planning. Manage programme communications with all stakeholders, both internal and external as required Owning the change methodology & communications for the regional team Creation of briefing documentation for internal stakeholders, including programme status reporting  WHAT YOU’LL NEED Knowledge, Skills & Experience To be successful in this position, you will have Agile experience with the ability to influence and help others to improve whilst focusing on value. You will also possess good communication skills that will help build relations across the business and at all levels. Essential:  Experience in Change Management, with a proven track record of delivery Experience working with different markets and regions Experience building a project plan / roadmap Experience delivering significant change Mindset to simplify and streamline workflows by leveraging personal automation skills or find others in the business to help with toolsets like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau SO WHY US?
