In this role you will be responsible for coaching, motivating and overseeing all branches in the north to reach set KPI's and targets, through ongoing training and identifying areas of improvement whilst assisting the Regional Operations Manager. Alongside this you will take a lead on upcoming projects and ensure the overall adherence to company policies and procedures.
