We are representing a leading automotive manufacturer in the search for a Regional Sales Manager to join their regional office in Dubai. The role will focus on overseeing sales performance across key GCC markets and supporting importer partners to drive business growth. You will be the main commercial link between the brand's regional team and its local partners, managing volume targets, product mix, sales planning, and market development. Success in this role requires a strong grasp of regional market dynamics, excellent relationship management, and a hands-on approach to supporting sales operations. The Role Deliver wholesale and retail sales targets across assigned markets. Support importer business plans, performance reviews, and commercial strategy. Manage stock levels, model mix, and market demand in collaboration with planning teams. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Coordinate product launches, pricing, and lifecycle planning. Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent execution across functions. Report regularly on sales performance and regional developments. The Ideal Candidate Degree-qualified, ideally with 7-10 years' experience in automotive sales (OEM/regional office). Strong understanding of dealer/importer operations within GCC markets. Analytical, commercially minded, and confident with reporting and data. Skilled communicator with the ability to manage multi-cultural relationships. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Willing to travel regionally.
