Job Role: Regional Bodyshop Manager Location: Attleborough Salary: (DOE) £55,000 - £85,000 OTE per annum + company car (+ a joining bonus!) Hours: 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday A great and rare opportunity has arisen. Our client is looking for an experienced Regional Bodyshop Manager to join their team for their East/London sites. The position is a high-profile position within the business. The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a Bodyshop Manager role, have experience in every area of the Bodyshop and use this knowledge to provide support and guidance to six sites, it’s teams and the Bodyshop Managers. The role will include, but is not limited to the following: * Working closely with six sites to maintain KPI’s. * Provide cover to the Bodyshop Managers through holiday/sickness. * Provide training and mentoring to new staff members and Bodyshop Managers within your teams. * Working alongside and supporting senior management through communication and ensure the sites are meeting key to key targets. * Travelling to all of the sites in this region - Norwich, Saffron Walden, Rochester, Harrow & Attleborough So, if the above sounds like you and you are looking for an opportunity around the Attleborough area, then please contact the Talent Connect team
