Recruitment Consultant – Automotive Location: Doncaster Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + uncapped bonus Contract Type: Permanent About the Role We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Doncaster office, specialising in automotive contract recruitment. This role is focused on supporting and growing a start-up contracting desk, delivering workforce solutions to automotive clients across the sector. You’ll operate in a sales‑led, service‑driven environment, managing client relationships, sourcing skilled contractors, and delivering a professional, compliant recruitment service.
