Great opportunity to work as a Ramp Team Leader/ Supervisor. Staffline are recruiting for a Supervisor in Liverpool. Working full time rotation days and afternoons: - 5am to 1pm - 3:30pm to 12am The rate of pay is £12.07 per hour with overtime available at £15.69 per hour. Your Time at Work As a Supervise your duties will including: - Reporting absences and overtime. - Plan and deploy resource to ensure rosters meet customer and operational requirements - Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures in order to meet/exceed regulatory standards deliver the desired customer service experience - Maintain up-to-date manuals and documentation as required - Build and maintain relationships with customers and Airport Authorities - Encourage consistency and collaboration by ensuring clear communication at all levels. This will include staff briefings, shift handover meetings, one-to-ones and completion of relevant reports - Ensure maximum efficiency in the operation of inbound and outbound flights - Resolve conflict and irregularities and take appropriate action - Responsible for maintenance of assigned equipment and materials - Contribute/assist with local emergency plans Other duties as assigned. Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential. Our Perfect Worker Our prefect Supervisor will have the ability to speak and understand the English language, with previous experience working in an aviation environment. Experience of leading teams, good organisational and planning skills, good oral and written communication skills, independent user of Microsoft Office (Outlook/ Teams) and holds a full driving licence. You will also have: - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (days, evening, weekends, and public holidays) - Ability to travel to the airport at times where public transport is not available - Ability to work in adverse weather conditions - Ability to work in a manual environment and lift up to 32kg throughout a shift if required. - Ability to work as part of a team in a challenging environment.
