We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to lead our client's quality assurance initiatives and drive continuous improvement across their automotive components manufacturing operations. In this crucial role, you will oversee all quality-related processes and activities to ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. Your responsibilities as a Quality Manager: * Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems, policies, and procedures in compliance with ISO, IATF, and other relevant standards. * Conduct audits and inspections to monitor product quality, production processes, and adherence to quality standards. * Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. * Manage the quality team, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure consistent quality practices. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to drive quality improvements and resolve quality-related challenges. * Review and analyse quality data, metrics, and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Represent the quality function in customer meetings, audits, and engagements, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction. Quality Manager Qualifications and Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management roles within the automotive manufacturing industry * In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, IATF, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities * Proven leadership and team management skills * Proficiency in quality data analysis, reporting, and measurement tools * Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement quality programs * This position offers an opportunity to lead quality efforts, drive operational excellence, and directly influence the quality of products made for major OEM brands.
