AR553 – Quality Manager Location: Yate Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Quality Manager on behalf of one of our clients. This exciting role will entail product warranty and technical support along with the need to keep the clients ISO(Apply online only) certification up to date. Additionally, the candidate needs to be able to ensure that company products remain in compliance with any legislative requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Reviewing updates to the internal procedures to ensure they are correctly integrated. Provide warranty and technical support to customers, resolving all issues where possible. Demonstrate a combination of technical and managerial skills. Ensure the companies ISO(Apply online only) certification is kept up to date and remain in compliance with legislative requirements. Take responsibility for the internal auditing system. Any other duties consistent with your status, as necessary to meet the needs of the business of the company. Skills and Qualifications: Experience of ISO(Apply online only) quality management certification Have a proven technical / mechanical understanding Have experience within a quality management role. Strong communication skills enabling the analysis of situations, articulation of ideas, building consensus and making commercial decisions. Be confident when interacting with customers, communicating positively with them through emails, teams and/or phone conversations. Location: Yate Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
