Job Title: Quality Manager – Manufacturing Location: Coventry Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in manufacturing? Our client, a well-established and reputable manufacturer based in Coventry, is seeking a skilled and proactive professional to lead their Quality function. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where quality and continuous improvement are at the core of their operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping the quality strategy, driving standards, and ensuring compliance across all areas of the production process. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the Quality department to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry-specific standards Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated procedures Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes Monitor quality KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives Promote a strong culture of quality across all levels of the businessCandidate Requirements: Proven experience as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, CAPA, FMEA, and other quality tools Strong leadership and communication skills Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders Audit experience (internal, customer, or third-party) A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and problem-solvingWhat’s on Offer: Salary between £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension scheme Excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organisationIf you’re a quality-driven professional looking for a new challenge in a thriving manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you
