Dependent on experience Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm Cambridgeshire Quality Manager Job Description Oversee and maintain QMS compliance for MOD contracts, advising leadership on quality performance and improvement. Serve as the primary quality contact for MOD activities, ensuring all documentation, audits, and regulatory approvals meet military standards. Lead internal and supplier audits, manage corrective actions, and coordinate MAOS quality activities. Review personnel training and authorisations and represent quality in MOD progress meetings. Champion a customer-focused culture across the organisation. Quality Manager Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Proven experience in a civil (Part 145) or military aviation maintenance environment. In-depth knowledge of MOD Military Aviation Airworthiness Regulatory framework. Experience working within the CAA BCARS and EASA Regulations would be advantageous.
