The employee must have a can do attitude and strive to support the elements of the SQCDP framework of the wider business of our client. Requirements * To maintain quality control within the manufacturing process, in line with business standards and customer requirements. * FAIR Inspection is paramount to this role * Inspection and verification of parts at all stages within business. * First article inspection procedures. * Non-conformance procedures. * Root cause analysis and resolution. * Work as part of team to achieve quality and production targets. * Support process of building quality into the manufacturing cycle. * Represent quality function at team meetings. * CMM experience advantageous. Core skills * Experienced in an engineering background. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Technical knowledge & experience within the aerospace sector preferred. * Experience in a quality control environment preferred. * Provide 1st Article Inspection Reports. * First Article Inspection experience. * Working to ISO 9001.
