Job Role: Quality Engineer Location: Wimborne Shift: Monday - Thursday 07:15 - 16:15 / Friday 07:15 - 12:15 Pay Rate / Salary: £38k - £40k Job Role Responsibilities: Ensuring that production processes are in line with company and regulatory requirements. Collect, compile, and sort client specific data Analyse and gain insight on delivered products, potential quality issues, customer satisfaction Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback based on KPI follow-up & analysis Deliver customer support in terms of analysis, short term containment actions in case of quality issues Ensure customer assistance and higher customer satisfaction Provide specifically all facts and data about claims to the plant, and guarantee a good relationship with the customer Monitor and follow-up QSHE procedures and guidelines in area of responsibility Create and enforce desired QSHE attitude The Candidate: Ability to read engineering drawings, Bill of materials, quality documents/plans, excellent written communication abilities, strong problem-solving capabilities, and solid attention to detail. Ability to understand product drawings, specifications, and visual work instructions. Follow Company Quality Management System and Safety procedures.
