Quality Control Inspector, Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, Location: Weymouth, Schedule: Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our rapidly expanding business in Weymouth. In this role, you will work closely with a team of passionate individuals to ensure that all machined and fabricated components meet both client and company standards. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will utilise your extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes to perform the following responsibilities: Conducting First Off Inspections Performing In Process and Roaming Inspections Completing Pre- and Post-Treatment Inspections Conducting Goods In Inspections Performing Final Inspections Producing First Article Inspection Reports To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in a similar role within a machined and fabricated environment. Additionally, you must possess the following qualifications and skills: Proficiency in using hand-held measuring equipment such as Micrometres, Verniers, Height Gauges, Comparators, and Thread Gauges Prior experience in Quality Assurance An understanding of tolerances The ability to write detailed reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills If you are a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Inspector with a background in manufacturing, we want to hear from you.
