Team Collaboration: Develop strong working relationships with team members. Customer/Supplier Interface: Engage with customers and suppliers, including occasional travel for audits and visits. Coaching and Facilitation: Lead quality processes and improvement activities using their UK principles. Continuous Improvement: Embed continuous improvement skills within the organization. Compliance Assurance: Ensure products and services meet customer requirements, quality standards, and airworthiness regulations. Auditing and Corrective Actions: Conduct product and process audits, analyze results, and implement corrective actions. Problem-Solving Leadership: Provide coaching on problem-solving tools such as 8Ds. QRQC System Training: Train and coach teams on the QRQC system. Quality Liaison: Coordinate with their other sites on quality matters. Customer Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution. External Audits: Assist with external audit processes. NPI Support: Perform verification and validation activities for New Product Introductions. Quality Records Management: Maintain and manage quality records. Job Requirements Qualifications/Experience: Relevant aerospace qualifications/experience.
