You'll play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of a robust Quality Improvement System. You'll work closely with various teams, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards across the organization. Team Collaboration: Develop strong working relationships with team members. Customer/Supplier Interface: Engage with customers and suppliers, including occasional travel for audits and visits. Coaching and Facilitation: Lead quality processes and improvement activities using their UK principles. Continuous Improvement: Embed continuous improvement skills within the organization. Compliance Assurance: Ensure products and services meet customer requirements, quality standards, and airworthiness regulations. Auditing and Corrective Actions: Conduct product and process audits, analyze results, and implement corrective actions. Problem-Solving Leadership: Provide coaching on problem-solving tools such as 8Ds. QRQC System Training: Train and coach teams on the QRQC system. Quality Liaison: Coordinate with their other sites on quality matters. Customer Complaint Management: Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution. External Audits: Assist with external audit processes. NPI Support: Perform verification and validation activities for New Product Introductions. Quality Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and present findings at management reviews. Continuous Improvement Events: Participate in CI events. Quality Records Management: Maintain and manage quality records. Job Requirements Qualifications/Experience: Relevant aerospace qualifications/experience. Airworthiness Standards: Familiarity with airworthiness standards and requirements. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly at all levels within the Group. Training Courses: Attendance of auditing/part 145/human factors & SMS training courses. Aerospace Processes: Experience with aerospace processes and procedures. Quality Qualifications: Any relevant quality-related qualifications. Diagnostic Skills: Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Technical Proficiency: PC literate with the ability to use software tools. Technical Manuals: Ability to interpret technical manuals and instructions.
