Quality Administrator Job ID: 32460 Redditch Onsite Full-Time £30,000-£35,000 Overview: Our partner business is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Quality Administrator to play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), supporting both internal and external audits, and assisting in Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA). Additionally, this role involves providing essential administrative support and data analysis to Quality Engineers to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our quality management system. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely completion of PPAP and FAIRs documentation. Facilitate the coordination and successful completion of internal and external audits. Assist in conducting PFMEA to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Provide administrative support to Quality Engineers, including data entry, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with teams across the organization to uphold quality standards in all projects. Candidate Specification: Previous experience as a Technical Administrator, Quality Administrator, or Quality Inspector with strong administrative skills. Recent Engineering, Aerospace or Automotive graduates are welcomed to apply. Secure understanding of PPAP as a minimum requirement. Experience with FAIRs and a background in a regulated manufacturing environment will be highly regarded. Excellent written English and effective communication skills. Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
