What you will be doing: • Carry out diagnostics, inspections, repairs and services to vehicles • Interpret instructions from the job card/repair orders • Instruct the parts department on the parts that are necessary for the repair • Completing road tests and signing off all the necessary warranty repairs • Accurately report & record work done, and tests carried out and immediately report any further works required or vehicle faults • Liaise with customers on technical/product matters • Keep up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology & techniques • NIGHT SHIFT WORK PATTERNS AVAILABLE What we need from you: • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent • EV and HV experience • 2 years minimum as a qualified technician • Full manual driving licence • Must have own tools • Excellent communication skills Our commitment to excellence has been recognised by prestigious accolades, including the Great Place to Work awards consecutively; in 2022 and 2023.
