My client, a large Bus & Coach company with a sizable depot in the Newbridge area are looking to recruit a General Manager on a full time basis. Applicants must have a proven track record of engineering/depot management and preferably recognised by a national body. Applicants will ideally have: Come from a bus and coach back ground. Have an operators license. PSV license. CPC. Our General Manager will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that the role brings, this role leads the delivery of outstanding service delivery and operational compliance for Newbridge depot, and provides leadership and support to the depot management team. The successful candidate will need strong commercial acumen and an excellent track record in budget control, safety management and employee engagement. Strong customer focus and innovative thinking are a pre-requisite, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to establish and successfully maintain key business relationships that enable strong depot performance. . Possession of excellent communication skills and experience of effective team management also required.
