Project Service Delivery Manager – Fixed Term Contract – 12 months This role will focus on service delivery for satellite operations, where you will deal with customers and engineers to ensure projects comply with the requirements. Based in a state-of-the-art facility, this company designs and manufactures cutting-edge technology that has revolutionised the Space industry. You will provide technical and commercial inputs to proposals for the Bid team for new missions. Additionally, you will monitor the entire project to ensure the service support meets the client standards, alongside negotiating service levels with third-party providers. Ideally, you will have a degree in engineering or a science discipline. You will also need to be confident speaking to customers and have the ability to work under pressure. This is a key role in which you will facilitate technical solutions post-product delivery, looking after the customer needs and ensuring that any technical product-related issues are resolved. You will work on seven niche technical projects within Space. Therefore, you will need to have either experience in Aerospace or Space engineering. You are expected to be site-based for the first two months, but after that, you can work three days in the office and two from home. This is a 12-month Fixed-term Term Contract
