John Charles Search is seeking a talented Project Manager in the Automotive, HVAC & Control sector to join our clients dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within our clients organisation. With a focus on delivering excellence, you will be responsible for driving project timelines, budget management, and ensuring the successful execution of all project deliverables while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Car Allowance. Pension: Generous Employer Contribution. Bonus: Up to 10% of salary, based on overall company performance. Pay Review: Conducted annually in January, adjusted in line with inflation. Working Pattern: 2 Days on site, 3 at home. Builds productive working relationships with all internal/external customers. Installing Production Lines & Paint Lines. Demonstrate your leadership prowess in overseeing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Showcase your analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure project efficiency. Utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage and align with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the Robotics, Controls, Production Lines & Automotive sector. 3 High degree of computer literacy – knowledge of Microsoft PC applications (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Exchange, Project etc). Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Demonstrated capability in budget management and resource allocation. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
