We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the Digital Technology team at a time of transformational change. Primarily focusing on all aspects of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation program, the Project Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, ensuring that they’re delivered on-time and within budget whilst objectives are met. A Tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals, the successful candidate will be methodical, have excellent time management, and digital communication skills. About The Role As our Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with the stakeholders and target users community to capture the project’s key objectives, success • criteria and KPIs. * Facilitating minimal thus efficient business resources involvement into the different gathering and validation activities. * Ensuring appropriate activity and resource planning of all internal and external contributors against set milestones and deadlines. * Organising and motivate the project team. * Ensuring or orchestrate the cost estimation activities and manage the budget. * Implementing adequate measurement of the customer satisfaction. * Analysing and manage project risks and corresponding mitigation plans. * Monitoring the project progress and report about it on a weekly basis. To be successful you will have Essential: * Experience of delivering large scale change / transformation projects at an enterprise level. * Demonstrable experience of managing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects in a complex engineering-led environment. * Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to motivate people and develop a genuine team spirit. * Excellent stakeholder management with extensive C-level engagement experience. * Advanced time management, numeracy and analytical skills. * PMI Certification, with a preference for Agile practitioners (PMI-ACP). * Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools. * Extensive experience working in a comparable role in an enterprise environment. * Strong leadership with ability to foster a true team spirit. * Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills at senior manager level. * Comfortable working in a fast paced, context switching and high frequency change environment. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Calm under pressure and happy to meet challenging deadlines. * Organised, flexible, proactive and results-oriented.
