Are you a highly motivated Project Manager with a background in engineering and a passion for delivering results? Our Motorsport client is looking for a confident and professional individual to join our team as a Project Manager, where you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and play a key role in driving project success. As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee the coordination and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead a team of skilled Project Engineers, liaise with internal departments, and work collaboratively with other Project Managers to align project delivery across the company. Key Responsibilities: * Act as the main contact for customers, managing communication throughout each project * Organise and lead meetings with department heads to determine manufacturing materials and methods * Oversee and guide Project Engineers in managing and updating customer data on the company server * Manage and maintain records of both free-issue and purchased stock * Approve quotes based on agreed or specified manufacturing methods and materials * Create and manage work schedules to meet customer deadlines * Provide regular updates and address issues with Team Leaders and Project Engineers * Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timeframes and budget parameters Skills and Experience Required: * Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience * Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Strong leadership and team management capabilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Results-driven with a focus on meeting set targets * Proficient in common computer applications and systems * Calm and effective under pressure, with strong decision-making skills * Patient, confident, and professional in all customer and team interactions
